The special unit at DRC was established by the Ministerial Resolution No. 1099 in 1997 and operates according to a regulation approved by the Ministry of Finance. DRC is distinguished by a number of specialized units, whose policy is based on a main pillar, which is serving agricultural development in the desert governorates of Egypt.
