Desert Research Center Announces Inclusion of Four of Its Scientists in Stanford’s List of Top Scientists – Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Congratulates Them: A Recognition That Highlights Egypt’s Status in Agricultural Research

The Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation has announced the inclusion of four scientists from Desert Research Center in the prestigious list of the world’s top 2% most influential scientists, according to the ranking by Stanford University in collaboration with Elsevier

The recognized scientists are: Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed Abdel Fattah, Dr. Yousra Hafez Kotb, Dr. Heba Eissawi (Department of Hydrogeochemistry), Dr. Ahmed Abou Shady (Department of Soil Chemistry and Physics)

Mr. Alaa Farouk, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation extended his congratulations to the honored scientists, affirming that this recognition reflects the high quality of Egyptian scientific research and reinforces Egypt’s standing in the field of agricultural sciences. He further noted that supporting researchers is an investment in the nation’s future
