Desert Research Center participated with a number of Siwa Research Station products, including dates in various forms, in addition to olives and olive oil
Dr. Hosam Shawky, President of Desert Research Center, explained that such festivals encourage innovation and competition and help exchange information and experiences, in addition to opening markets for date producers to market and export their products
It is worth noting that about 95 countries participated in this festival, including Syria, Jordan, Morocco, Sudan, Libya, Mauritania, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Mexico and Indonesia, which is one of the most important importers of Egyptian dates
